MOVING FORWARD is one in a series of canvases commissioned by Hub International for their lobby.

They requested several oversize Colorfield canvases in red textured impasto layers. The concept was to evoke a sense of forward movement.

The painting’s mystery lies in the ambiguity of shapes and textures. These shapes evoke unconscious thoughts of passion, energy and maybe even fire. It all depends on the viewer.
