CHROMATIC LANDSCAPE

CHROMATIC LANDSCAPE is a recently sold original abstract painting in shades of blue and turquoise green. There is an expansive feeling stirred in the viewer’s subconscious memory. This is not of a specific place, but instead it’s meant to invite meandering of the mind into this imaginary landscape.

The rich textures and colors invite a closer look which reveal layers of transparent and opaque acrylic that add depth to the surface.

Professional quality acrylic paint and texture mediums were used over heavy grade canvas. The surface is varnished to protect against dust and UVA light exposure. The painting sides are dark navy blue and it is unframed.
